1. The applicant who meets the joining conditions can submit an application form to Maidian (see Attached List 1)

2. After preliminary audit, Maidian will send specially-assigned persons to contact the applicant.

3. The applicant submits the proposed business site and profile of related shopping mall (the shopping mall’s positioning, product level, major brands, etc.)

4. Maidian sends specially-assigned persons to visit the business site and discuss specific issues with the applicant

5. Maidian will examine and verify the applicant’s conditions and joining intention comprehensively

6. After verification, the intended dealer should pay RMB 10,000 deposit and sign Franchise House License Agreement of Maidian furniture series products (see Attached List 2)

7. Carry out inspection and acceptance on the franchisee’s store decoration according to the decoration standard of Maidian franchise house

8. Maidian issues “Maidian Letter of Authorization” to the successful applicant
